The xKLCarCam is the very latest in the fight
against vehicle crime and fraud, as well as working
against anti social behaviour whilst on the
move.
Featuring 2 wide angle cameras, the first looks
out through the windscreen at the on coming traffic
providing you with video evidence of what’s
happening in front of you as you drive, the second
camera fitted with IR LED’s looks inwards and
records all events inside the vehicle. This function
is especially useful for Taxis and buses where a
record of what went inside the vehicle maybe critical
to any post journey investigation.
The unit is further enhanced by the use of audio
and GPS data including position, speed and time
which may be vital in any insurance or legal claim
that should follow any journey.
The unit comes with a 3 - axis mount fitting to the
windscreen just like any SatNav unit, and can be
powered from the cigarette lighter or wired into
the dashboard.
